Practical guide
Check programme permission before clipping
Start with the source
A programme invitation alone is not evidence that every recording can be reused. Save the programme terms, authorised source list, permitted destinations and any expiry date. Confirm whether music, guest appearances and commercial use are covered.
Review before publishing
If permission is unclear, pause and obtain clarification from the rights holder. Clipwright’s checklist helps organise evidence but does not grant a licence or promise rewards. Use the free evidence checklist.
