Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-11-03
This policy sits alongside the Terms and the rights policy for Clipwright on clipwright.eliteaiempire.com.
You must not
- Submit source video you have no registered, verified right to clip.
- Misrepresent a grant — for example registering an ownership grant for a channel that is not yours, or a programme brief for a campaign you were not accepted into.
- Strip attribution required by an open licence.
- Use the Service to build channels that breach a platform's reused-content, spam, impersonation or synthetic-media rules.
- Create mass accounts, or automate posting in ways a destination platform prohibits.
- Produce clips that harass, defame, sexualise minors, or promote unlawful activity.
Enforcement
We refuse jobs at the gate, and we may suspend keys and terminate accounts. Repeated misrepresentation of rights is grounds for immediate termination.

TikTok posting
If you use the "Connect TikTok" feature, you additionally must not:
- Post clips you do not hold the rights to under the rights policy above — the same deny-by-default gate applies to every TikTok post, with no exception.
- Use the feature, or try to use it, as a bulk-upload or account-management tool. This covers every way of reaching Clipwright, including the REST API and the MCP server: those can only show a settings preview, and every post or inbox draft still needs a person to review that specific clip and click on the per-post screen. You must not script, automate or batch that confirmation, prepare drafts in bulk in order to mass-post them, or try to get around the posting limits we or TikTok apply.
- Connect a TikTok account you are not the authorised holder of, or post to TikTok on behalf of anyone else.
- Strip, obscure or ignore the consent text, privacy setting or branded-content disclosure the per-post screen shows you before you post.
