Refund Policy

Clipwright is in pre-launch on clipwright.eliteaiempire.com. We are not charging anyone today, we collect no payment method, and there is therefore nothing to refund.

When billing starts

• Any subscription may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal.
• A first paid month is refundable in full within 14 days of the charge, on request, whether or not the Service was used.
• If we fail to deliver a paid capability, or withdraw it, we refund the unused portion pro rata without being asked.
• We will not adopt an "all sales are final" rule.

How to ask

Email refunds@eliteaiempire.com from the address on the account. We reply within 5 business days.

Card statements and Stripe receipts may show our previous trading name until the payment processor record is updated.
